Besides being a member of a club that has a lot of members, Kaylie McMonagle is also a member of Sam’s Club. She is enrolled in a manager-in-training program and will soon be a full-fledged member services manager. As a kid, she hoped to be a famous Hollywood actress, but she’s now more interested in working in the sports and entertainment industries. She also is a fan of the finer things in life.
Aside from her club activities, she’s enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in management. She works two part-time jobs to pay for her education. She plans to work in the sports & entertainment industry after she graduates. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, writing and traveling. She’s a member of USA 500 Clubs’ Financial District One Club. Among her many other achievements, she served as Co-Chair of the club’s Women Inclusion Group and is a devoted philanthropist. She has also been a volunteer at her church and has a strong work ethic.
USA 500 Clubs membership
Founded by relationship marketing expert Joe Chatham, USA 500 Clubs provides high-end professionals with a networking platform to create meaningful relationships. She helps to manage the DEC Committee, and assists Club Founder & Managing Director Joe Chatham in ensuring a positive membership experience.
As a member of the organization, Allyson McLaughlin helped to raise over $3 million for the Lawyers Have Heart 5k Road Race in Boston. She was also the Co-Chair of the Women Inclusion Group.
Kaylie’s job duties
During her first year in the USA 500 Clubs manager-in-training program, Kaylie McMonagle was able to experience various parts of the Club. This was valuable for her to understand what different areas of the Club did, as well as how she could build relationships with other employees. She eventually became the member services manager at the company. In this role, she helps to ensure the membership experience is positive.
Laurin Johnson, the Diversity, Empathy and Inclusion (DEC) Committee Manager, facilitates affinity groups, trainings, and Club meetings. She is also responsible for helping to facilitate the transition from in-person networking to a virtual platform. Her focus is to help the Club attract and cultivate like-minded professionals. She works with Club Founder and Managing Director Joe Chatham on this initiative. She is also involved in a variety of other social events and activities.
Allyson McLaughlin, the Membership Development Director, is a non-profit fundraiser. She is also responsible for leading the organization’s technological strategy and making executive decisions about the Company’s technology interests. She has been involved with the American Heart Association for several years, and has helped to raise nearly $3 million for the Lawyers Have Heart 5K Road Race.
